Answer

A hand-drawn labelled diagram cannot be rendered in this text-based answer; the description below covers the features such a diagram would depict.

Fertilized ovum of Ascaris lumbricoides: oval to rounded, measuring approximately 60 × 45 μm, with a thick, transparent hyaline shell surrounded externally by a characteristic rough, mammillated (bile-stained, brownish) coat. Internally, it contains a single, unsegmented ovum/embryo mass that does not fill the entire shell, leaving a crescentic clear space at one or both poles between the developing embryo and the shell. (In the “decorticated” variant, the outer mammillated coat is absent, leaving only the smooth hyaline shell — an important distractor to recognize on stool microscopy.)
