Ambulatory Cases

• Oral amoxicillin

Severe Pneumonia

• IV penicillin or ampicillin with gentamicin
• Ceftriaxone as second-line therapy

Indications for Admission

• Hypoxia
• Severe respiratory distress
• Cyanosis
• Poor feeding
